Paul Ronca

Coach Ronca is a new member of the Weston Football coaching staff responsible for coaching our Wide Receivers and Defensive Backs. He comes to us from Groton Dunstable Regional High School where he was the Assistant Defensive Coordinator and Defensive Backs coach for the past two years. Coach Ronca assisted the team in improving from a 2-9 record in '21 to 7-4 in '22 when they led the league in total turnovers and interceptions. Coach Ronca played his collegiate football at Division 3 Knox College as a Free Safety and resides in Westport with his wife and two daughters.
